Draft — legal approval required
Work Boots Wealth Founding Giveaway — DRAFT 1 / NOT OPEN
This draft is for counsel and Brian’s approval. It is not an invitation to enter.
No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win. Buying does not improve odds.
1. Sponsor: ThackTree LLC [confirm legal entity, mailing address, contact email].
2. Eligibility: legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C.,
18 or older at entry. Counsel must confirm any higher applicable age of
majority and exclusions for sponsor staff, household members and relatives.
Void where prohibited. Territories and non-U.S. residents are excluded.
3. Entry period: [start date/time/timezone] through [end date/time/timezone].
Sponsor’s server clock governs. Proposed duration: 30 days, not approved.
4. Entry: use the free giveaway form; provide name, email, state and eligibility
attestation, and acknowledge these rules/privacy notice. Limit one entry per
person, irrespective of email addresses. No purchase, referral, testimonial,
publicity agreement or marketing subscription is required. Entries using
automation, fictitious identities or multiple emails to circumvent the limit
may be excluded after documented review under final approved rules.
Brian verifies email ownership and eligibility separately before the draw.
[Counsel: approve accessible alternative entry and verification procedure,
deadlines, treatment of corrections/duplicates, outages and late entries.]
5. Prizes: two complete First Path Course packages, one per winner. All six
modules, worksheets, exercises and available downloads; each winner chooses
Real Estate or Software & AI as the primary track, with shared foundational
material. Access including updates lasts 12 calendar months from first
account activation. Includes invitation to one 90-minute founding group Q&A,
date/platform TBD. No guaranteed income, ownership or career result.
Proposed retail value: $69 each / $138 total; sponsor must confirm value and
whether Q&A changes it. Prizes never consume the ten paid founding seats.
[Confirm activation deadline, transferability, substitution, cash alternative,
device/internet requirements, tax responsibility and any required disclosures.]
6. Selection: after the period closes and all eligibility reviews are complete,
a cryptographically random ordering of eligible entry IDs is recorded once.
The first two are provisional selections. Odds depend on eligible entries.
An audit record preserves timestamp, rules version, reviewed entry snapshot,
SHA-256 snapshot hash, randomized ordering and review reference. Brian
manually confirms each winner’s eligibility, acceptance, identity and chosen
track before assigning a prize. Nobody must pay to claim a prize.
[Set draw date, notification method, response period and confirmation process.]
7. Alternates/unclaimed prizes: counsel must approve procedure before opening.
Current implementation does not silently redraw or replace selections.
Fewer than two eligible entries blocks the drawing for manual resolution.
8. Publicity: wholly optional and separate after confirmation. Each winner may
independently permit first name, state, track and a short statement; no photo
is requested. Permission can be changed or revoked in the account area,
taking effect on the site immediately, with no effect on the prize. Sponsor
removes other controlled material on request; copies outside sponsor control
may persist. No earnings implication or endorsement is required.
9. Privacy/marketing: see draft program privacy notice. Marketing consent is
optional, unchecked and independent of the entry and odds. Giveaway contact
is limited to administration absent separate marketing consent.
10. [Counsel: complete applicable state review, dispute/venue terms, governing
law, permissible release language, cancellation/modification safeguards,
winners-list process, record retention and accessible complaint process.]
LEGAL AND OPERATIONS GATE
Brian and qualified counsel must resolve every bracketed item, approve final
versioned rules and privacy notice, and authorize dates, verification procedure,
retention and operations before collection is enabled. Approval is distinct from
permission to draw. Current shipping configuration disables collection/drawing;
no runtime environment variable opens them. Production activation requires a
reviewed code/config change and separate explicit launch authorization. The
snapshot hash detects changes when compared with an independently retained
copy; it is not tamper-proof against database administrators. Export and retain
an access-controlled copy before award confirmation.
